Dr. Mihaela Popa enjoys making a difference in people’s lives, whether it is easing a patient’s anxiety, increasing their confidence in their smile or improving their overall oral health. Her goal is to provide her patients of all ages with gentle, comfortable, and compassionate dentistry with the highest level of quality care.
In 2015, Dr. Popa started treating the geriatric population with Alzheimer’s and dementia in nursing homes, assisted living, and elderly care centers. A passionate advocate for the geriatric community she provides care for, Dr. Popa’s mission is to bring basic dental services and hope to the vulnerable long-term care residents and homebound population. Dr. Popa prioritizes empathy and access while providing good technical care. Recognizing the need for mobile dental services for housebound individuals unable to physically visit a dental office, Dr. Popa established a fully mobile practice, all within a high-tech rolling suitcase.
